Victory Care Organization works marginalized geographies to provide education and health care for children living primarily in dare need.
The overall care and education provided by VCO structures a resistance to
creating long-term dependency among children; the overriding goal creates
opportunities for each child to reach self-actualization, self-reliance and
self-sustainability. This is accomplished through empowering children to reach
maximum potential via higher education or vocational training and other life
skills
